Prepare & Submit Your Artwork

Laser engraving relies on precise vector lines and solid contrast to burn clean, durable marks into natural materials. Unlike standard printing, there is no ink, paint, or colour. The final look comes directly from how the laser interacts with the surface.

Recommended File Formats

  • SVG (Preferred): Clean vector curves give the sharpest finish.

  • PDF: Vector based PDFs with all fonts converted to outlines.

  • PNG / JPEG: High resolution black artwork on a transparent or clean white background (minimum 300 DPI).

Artwork Tips for Engraving

  • Black & White Only: Send your artwork in solid black and white. Black areas will be engraved; white areas will remain untouched.

  • Avoid Gradients or Shadows: Soft drop shadows and subtle gradients do not translate directly to laser engraving. Use solid lines and clear shapes instead.

  • Text & Fine Lines: Convert all text to outlines/curves. Ensure small text is bold enough to retain detail once scaled down to fit your chosen product.

Review Your Digital Proof

Once your order is placed, we review your files and prepare a digital proof showing exact artwork placement, scaling, and dimensions.

  • Proof Delivery: You will receive your proof via email within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order.

  • Your Approval: Nothing enters production until you inspect and approve the proof.

  • Amendments Included: Every order includes one round of minor design or sizing adjustments.

Workshop Production

After you confirm approval, your order enters our workshop queue.

  • Handcrafted Quality: Each item is set up, engraved, finished, and inspected in house to ensure high standards.

  • Turnaround Times: Standard production typically takes 2 to 3 weeks from final proof approval to dispatch.

Order Dispatch & Delivery

As soon as your batch clears final inspection, we pack it securely and hand it over to DHL.

Free Shipping: Standard courier delivery is completely free on all orders, with no hidden delivery costs at checkout.

Tracking Details: You will receive an email with your DHL tracking number and consignment details as soon as your package leaves the workshop.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel or amend my order?

You can change or cancel your order anytime before you approve your digital proof. Once artwork approval is complete and production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or altered due to the custom nature of the work.

Can I order single samples?

Due to setup times in the workshop, we cannot offer one-off individual samples. However, our low minimum order quantities make it simple to test out new designs before committing to larger production runs.
